We accept payments in two stages to ensure a smooth process for both you and our team:

We only request this payment once you are completely satisfied with the samples we provide. This ensures that you have full confidence in the design before we proceed with the actual work.

The remaining balance is due before the shipment is dispatched. Once the final payment is received, we will promptly process and ship your order to ensure it reaches you in a timely manner.
We never accept the advance payment unless you are fully satisfied with the samples. Upon confirmation and receipt of your advance payment, we move forward with creating your personalized piece and prepare it for delivery.
